We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which was a fantastic surprise. The staff truly made our stay memorable with their warm and friendly demeanor. They were always attentive and quick to respond to any concerns we had, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The atmosphere was incredibly calm, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. We particularly enjoyed the billiards and swimming pool, which were both accessible and complimentary. It was such a great way to spend some leisure time. The SPA service was a delightful addition to our stay. The reasonable prices made it even more enjoyable, and the staff at the SPA were excellent at accommodating our preferences, making our experience truly pleasant. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was an absolute feast with a wide variety of local and continental options. The pastries, noodles, rice, fried spring rolls, coffee, tea, fruit juice, and more made for a delicious and satisfying start to each day. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. With restaurants all around, we had plenty of choices for dining. And the beautiful nearby beaches were a real highlight. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The cleanliness, friendly staff, calm atmosphere, and fantastic amenities made our stay truly memorable. We'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect getaway. Thanks to all the staff and to Ms Tra My.

The staff is very kind, professional and cheerful (receptionists and housekeepers). Big thanks to Ms Duong and Ms Tuyet for their care and assistance until the end of our stay. They were of great help, as the rest of the staff.

For the price and the quality of the rooms. This is amazing value and a really good 4 star hotel. Big comfy beds. Nice rooftop pool and bar. A good breakfast. The staff are very friendly. I had an issue with my security box and they solved it quickly. Not too far to walk to the beach. Quite a few restaurants, shop and spa nearby. Would stay again

The roof top Skye bar has spectacular views with pool table to enjoy and comfortable tables, chairs and couches. The pool and facilities are beautiful, clean and again lovely design.
